Pretty happy to win the Shadows and Backlight competition Pentax Australia held last month! There were around 270 entries and 3 of my images made the Top 50 - then this one came in first for the Top 10.
This competition WAS kind of made for a gig photographer :) Hopefully I can compete in more comps in the future!

This band was SO much fun to shoot! The lighting didn’t give me what I need for beautiful sharp photos, but MXPX are a killer punk band anyhow so I decided to take the grainy route and really capture what I really saw!
